I’m almost always listening to music when I work. Having spent a couple of decades in radio - DJ, creative, music director, traffic - I love to throw together a playlist.

Recently, I discovered that Live365 offers station creation with full licensing rights. This means one can upload one’s (already purchased) library of music, configure a radio station, and the artists played will receive royalties, just as they would with any regular (terrestrial) radio station. The advantage is that Live365 handles all the technicalities of licensing (which would be prohibitive for me), as well as providing the platform for streaming said station (again, beyond my wheelhouse). This frees me up to be a creative mastermind of the radio magnate style-ee. :)

With Blue Moon Atelier Radio, I’ve programmed an eclectic mix of prog, rock, alternative, indie, some ambient, and a bit of 80s pop rock thrown in.
